Mice were dark reared for a week followed by one of three stimulation conditions: 1) no light exposure, 2) one hour of light exposure, or 3) four hours of light exposure. Each set of bars above represents the mean normalized gene expression of the gene of interest across all cells of a given cell type for the three stimuli used in our experimental paradigm. The error bars indicate the 95% confidence intervals. Asterisk indicates absolute log2(Fold Change compared to 0h) > 1 and FDR <0.05. For details please see the manuscript.
